BOOKING
A one third deposit is required to secure a booking , the balance due no later than 6 weeks prior to departure. Bookings are taken from saturday to saturday. Arrival time not before 3.00 pm , departure time before 10.00am. The property must be left in a clean condition. Properties are cleaned on changeover and inventory is checked.
All duvets, linen, pillows and tea towels are provided. Gas and electricity included, plus a basket of logs and bucket of coal.
